0
Mount Incudine, in the background, is the highest point of southern Corsica at 7001ft (2134m). One has to travel more than 9.3mi (15km) to the North to find another peak exceeding 6561ft (2000m) (Punta Cappella, 6696ft/2041m) and more than 12.4mi (20km) to find a higher one (in the Renoso massif culminating at 7716ft/2352m). Hikers can reach it in 2 days, taking the GR20 from the Bavella Pass and spending one night at the Asinao Refuge.
