The Mont Boron and Cape of Nice extend the slightly more northerly Mont Alban towards the Mediterranean Sea. Located to the south-east of the town of Nice, in the Alpes-Maritimes department, they culminate at 626 feet (191 meters) above sea level and offer magnificent panoramas both on the city of Nice, on the bay of Villefranche- sur-Mer and on Cap Ferrat. This privileged location now hosts many residential constructions.
