For years, the traditional wooden toys from the Vilac manufacture have been confined to French references such as Babar or Bécassine. Then the design workshop took globalization into account and reproduced new characters like 'Hello Kitty', the Japanese white kitten. Wooden heads in its effigy now form the balls of the skipping rope handles without however completely replacing the eternal bestsellers with little rabbits, little cats or ladybugs.
