Île de la mer d’Iroise distante d’environ 15 kilomètres de la côte Ouest du Finistère. Elle mesure environ 72 hectares et son point culminant est situé à 26 mètres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. Le bourg et le port sont situés à l’Est. L’essentiel des déplacements s’y font à pied. L’île est reliée quotidiennement au départ de Brest et du Conquet.
On voit sur la photo le clocher de l’église Saint Renan, ainsi que le sommet du sémaphore.
