The Dives-Cabourg-Houlgate marina is part of the Transeurope Marinas network that gathers 80 marinas scattered among 12 countries. The Caen-Normandie Chamber of Commerce and Industry manages the 600 berths on pontoons and catways, 575 of which are reserved year-round and 25 for passing boats. Port-Guillaume was established in Dives-sur-Mer in 1991 in order to transform the industrial city into a seaside resort. A whole lively district has been built around the port to develop it.
