Masked moray on the defensive
1
0
Solitary and territorial, the masked moray spends its days in holes out of which only its head appears. It thus protects its body made vulnerable because of its length (29.5inches to 3.2ft / 75cm to 1m) and of its lack of scales. Threatening, she guards the entrance to her hole, mouth wide open and teeth visible.
