Denis and Janine Lelouvier have been married since 2008. When she came from London on vacation, she immediately joined his project for an organic farm. Janine Lelouvier wanted to develop her own cheeses and dairy products, although she had no experience in this field. She has benefited from the fully organic milk produced by the 55 Norman cows 100% grass-fed on the farm. The couple's partnership was rewarded by the awarding of a PDO label to their cheeses, the only one in the Calvados department.
