Les fouilles de 1986 dans le sous-sol du Musée d’Art et d’Archéologie de Senlis ont permis de dégager les structures enfouies d’une maison gallo-romaine. Ces vestiges se composent d’un chemin central en terre battue, d’un mur percé de soupiraux donnant sur des caves (séparées par des murets) et par un mur entourant une cour dallée.
