Lions' preys
Lions are very opportunistic predators. They are able to feed on any kind of prey, from rodents to elephants in some regions, including insects, birds and carrions. They usually hunt antelopes, such as impalas, waterbucks or kudus for instance, warthogs, girafes and zebras. Strongest prides and male coalitions also attack buffaloes, and even elephants.
