Lindéralique cliffs and ocean level variations
0
0
Seen from the sea, the cliffs of Lindéralique - south of Hienghène on the east coast of Grande-Terre - show large notches. These notches bear witness to the climate changes and ocean level variations. The same phenomenon can be observed on the cliffs of Upi Bay on the Isle of Pines, those of Lekin in Ouvéa or Jonkin in Lifou.
