Leucistism is a rare recessive gene affecting a hundred lions worldwide. It gives a cream, or even white, color to their coats. Their eyes retain their pigments and remain mostly hazel or gold, but can also be blue-grey or green-grey. As for their lips and pads, they remain normally pigmented.
