Linden trees in the spotlight

Linden trees (tilleuls) are in the spotlight in the small town of Arinthod in the Jura department. It has a ‘Rue des Tilleuls’, a 'Belvédère du Tilleul' and a 'Tilleul Hugon', not to mention the linden of the Néglia turnery on which this plaque recalls the year of plantation. By walking or cycling the thirteen-kilometer 'medieval and waterfalls circuit’ to discover the heritage of the town, we pass through the 'Tilleul Hugon' after the 'Sur la Meure' stopover and through the 'Belvédère du Tilleul' at the level of 'Sur la ville'.
