Namibia (Southern Africa) offers some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. The Namib-Naukluft National Park, in the heart of the Namib Desert, in the west of the country, is home to the highest dunes in the world. On 480 kilometers of coastline, these sand dunes culminate up to 300 meters above sea level. They are home to many populations of lizards and beetles.
