The medieval village of Sainte-Agnès is perched on the mountainside above the Mediterranean sea. It stands about six miles (10 km) by road from Gorbio. On foot, it only represents 2.4 miles (3.9 km), or a 50-minutes walk via several paths often traveled by Sébastien Yago (from behind), founder of a foot travel agency based in Gorbio, with the groups of walkers he accompanies.
