In Honduras, the town of La Campa is located on a hillside in a deep river valley near of the Celaque Mountain (Cerro Las Minas) which is the tallest mountain in the country. Here, the mountain gives water - « celaque » means « water reservoir » in Lenca dialect - but also the clay. Indeed, the area is known for its Lenca red-glazed pots produced by the women of local communities.
