The Pointe du Diable terroir
0
0
The Pointe du Diable terroir of Château Malherbe in Bormes-les-Mimosas is the closest to the beach. It extends on the seafront, between the Pointe de la Vignasse to the east and the Pointe de la Mère Dieu to the west, along the Var coast. Its sandy soil, composed of old alluvium and strewn with quartz chips, produces the Pointe du Diable cuvées, available in white, red, and rosé. The nocturnal dews due to the proximity of the Mediterranean shore constitute a hydrological feature that contributes to the originality of this terroir.
