A good wine and good food: that is the secret of a good meal. The Strasbourg chef Eric Westermann, always on the lookout for the right and good product, could not miss the organic wines of Mélanie Pfister. These two professionals share a respect for nature, a love of work well done and a love of their magnificent region, Alsace. It was only logical that they should exchange their wine and gastronomic ideas. The Rieslings (grand cru or traditional) of Domaine Mélanie Pfister are on the menu of the Buerehiesel in Strasbourg.
