The only PDO Camembert in Calvados
The Camembert of Normandy is part of the soft cheeses with a bloomy rind. It needs quality raw milk produced by Norman cows grazing more than six months a year. The Naturellement Normande farm has invested a lot in order to switch to 100% organic grass feeding in both summer and winter, thanks to a hay dryer. Its milk gives cheeses with renowned taste awarded with a PDO label, the only one in the Calvados department.
