Twice a year, in Spring and Autumn, in the great Cistercian cellar at the Château du Clos de Vougeot, more than 250 wine-tasters are gathered by the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin to score wines. They are subject to a meticulous organoleptic examination for more than 2 hours. All the wines from Burgundy, from Chablis to the Beaujolais, can be selected. The best selection is awarded the seal of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
