Since 2019, Pampelonne beach on the Saint-Tropez peninsula has been redeveloped in order to remain a haven of nature as well as a high-quality seaside resort. The dune cordon essential to the stability of a beach faced with the increased violence of storms and the rise in sea level is being reconstituted thanks, in particular, to the establishment of specific plant varieties intended to fix the sand naturally. The developments are reduced on sectors particularly sensitive from an ecological point of view, and the buildings are implanted as far away as possible from the shore and integrated into the environment.
