The Palais Bourbon district – a reference to the seat of the National Assembly on the Quai d’Orsay, in front of the Pont de la Concorde – is located on the left bank of the Seine, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. This arrondissement is home to a large number of emblematic monuments (Eiffel Tower, Hôtel des Invalides, Ecole Militaire) and museums – the Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum, dedicated to the arts of Africa, America, Asia and Oceania, the Orsay Museum, and the Rodin Museum. There are wide avenues, green spaces (Esplanade des Invalides, Champ-de-Mars) and promenades along the banks of the Seine.
