Saint-Vincent district in Le Havre belongs to the vast Center-West district of the city. It brings together the Sanvic, Thiers, Gobelins, and Notre-Dame districts, among others. This uniquely positioned neighborhood houses 50,000 inhabitants, divided between old and newer districts. It encompasses the UNESCO World Heritage Site area of the city, but also older buildings such as the Maison de l'Armateur and the Hôtel Dubocage de Bléville, in the Saint-François district.
