Milk from Norman cows represents the first agricultural product in Normandy with 32%. It is also exported to many European countries and produced by cows of the same breed in South America. Its protein qualities make it a leading milk for the production of dairy products. The Naturellement Normande farm produces its own entirely organic milk and makes PDO Camembert with it.
