On the northern coast of the island, the port of Porquerolles is protected to the north by a pier and to the west by a rocky projection. Its access, limited by three side buoys, is from the north on the outside of the dike marked by a small lighthouse. Inside the port, three quays are dedicated to commercial exploitation, twelve pontoons to yachting and one to fishing. An organized area of moorings with a capacity of sixty-one buoys occupies the southern part of the body of water.
