In the heart of Burgundy, the Pinot Noir grape is a variety that requires a lot of work and attention. From the 12th century, in the enclosure of Clos de Vougeot, the monks of the Cîteaux abbey began cultivating this grape variety. They have worked to improve its culture to obtain an exceptional wine. The Grands Crus of Clos de Vougeot testify to a perfect tannin content and contribute to the world renown of Burgundy wines.
