The peak of Morgon, also called Grand Morgon, is a summit of the Parpaillon massif in the Southern Alps at the limit of the departments of Hautes-Alpes and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. Located to the south-west of Embrun on the municipalities of Pontis, Crots and Savines-le-lac, it overlooks Serre-Ponçon lake from its 7,624ft (2,324m) height.
