To defend their territory, they dance. Small African mammals, meerkats live in clans. Each clan is made up of about twenty members dominated by a male and a female. When they feel threatened, meerkats group together, rear up on their hind legs and start a war dance. Composed of steps forward, steps back, this dance has the goal of repelling its opponents.
