The greatest attraction of the former fishing village of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer is undoubtedly its beach. Nicknamed the great sand of the Alabaster Coast, it is, as its name suggests, the biggest on this coast rather accustomed to pebble beaches. Home to a little more than 200 inhabitants, the village was born in 1822 from the merger of the municipalities of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Epineville. Between land and sea, farmers and fishermen coexist with visitors attracted by the seafront and the beach.
