The vineyards of Champagne are a unique landscape. It changes constantly with the seasons, from the soft green of spring to the brightest gold of autumn. The Champagne vineyards have a long history. It is considered that its foundation is owed to the Benedictine abbeys of Saint-Pierre-aux-Monts in Châlons-en-Champagne and Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers. There are four grape production zones which group together the seventeen terroirs of champagne.
