The Explorers
The ski resort of Mont-Dore extends on the territory of the eponymous locality on the northern slope of Puy de Sancy and the slopes of Puy Ferrand. It is linked to Super Besse, a ski resort located on the other side of Puy de Sancy, with which it forms the Grand Sancy domain. The junction between the two ski areas is made by three ski lifts and allows enjoying 52 miles (84 km) of slopes of various difficulty levels.
