The village of Ménerbes in the Vaucluse department stretches from northeast to southwest between the 14th-century Saint-Luc parish church and the 18th-century Saint-Blaise chapel. Several remarkable buildings surround Place de l'Horloge, the main square of the village, like the belfry and its campanile rebuilt at the end of the 16th century or the 17th-century Hôtel d'Astier de Montfaucon, which became the House of the Luberon Truffle and Wine (Maison de la Truffe et du Vin de Lubéron) in 2004. A townhouse adjoining a porch and opening on the Calavon valley and Mont Ventoux housed the town hall of Ménerbes until 1977.
