The Buerehiesel restaurant is first and foremost a family story, a story of transmission and passion. This typically Alsatian house, located in the heart of the Orangerie Park in Strasbourg, was acquired in 1970 by Viviane and Antoine Westermann. Three Michelin stars later, it is their son Eric who continues the tradition by imposing his own vision of cuisine, marked by authenticity and generosity. His credo is to work with seasonal products in a nature-friendly way that favours local sourcing channels and encourages exchanges with Alsatian producers.
