In 2017, the artists Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann created the structure UP#3, a massive white concrete frame placed between the sea and the city of Le Havre. It plays with the perspective of the Porte Océane and exhibits its angular contours in the very axis of Foch Avenue. The imposing frame stands out against the horizon and gives the impression of emerging from the pebbles. After making its first appearance at the Un Été au Havre (A summer in Le Havre) exhibition, the structure won over visitors and was therefore redesigned identically in 2018 to become a lasting work.
