The port of Le Havre in Seine-Maritime is the 1st port in France and the 5th North European port for container traffic with nearly 3 million containers handled. Its exceptional geographical location turns it into a gateway from the ocean to the Paris region. It has also prime access to Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, the 1st European freight airport. With its many assets, the port's container terminal has infrastructures suitable for the largest container ships.
