Lalique’s touch

Like all crystal pieces made at Lalique in Wingen-sur-Moder, the glasses are polished with a grinding wheel to obtain the final shine that brings out all their patterns. The operation requires great care and an experienced eye, as polishing too much could erase a pattern, which would be difficult to repair. The polishers are equipped with non-slip protective gloves that ensure an easy grip on the glass. The grinding wheel automatically sucks up any dust that results from the polishing process.
