Michel Bianconi has been the master soap maker at the Fer à Cheval soap factory for over thirty years. He has recently been preparing his succession by training a new apprentice, Stéphane, himself the son of a former master soap maker. Such transmission aims to enrich the new generation with the ancestral know-how necessary for the pursuit of the tradition of the authentic Marseille soap.
