Burgundy is renowned for its high quality of Grand Cru. The “Route des Vins” of the “Côte de Nuits”, gathers the finest French wines. The monks and winemakers started the production, and for centuries the methods, the study of the grapes, and viticulture were examined and improved to produce the best wines. According to the soil and the climate, the best vines were selected.
