Harvesting the precious fruit

In mid-September, beginning of October, the harvest in Côte d'Or begins. The porters bring the grapes to the truck, then they go to the cellars. In order not to damage the bunches, the transporters place the fruit on a tray which is then carefully poured into the lorries. Dried fruits present on certain plants will not be preserved. The hard work is done in a joyful environment.
