Passion is the byword for these workers. The founder of the company, Aubin Antoine Durenne, was even awarded the Légion d’Honneur for the quality of his artistic castings. Commemorative monuments, fountains, animal, religious or secular statues, kiosks, lush architectural decorations... so many works of the Durenne foundry that still adorn countless cities in France and throughout the world. Today, the same high standards of quality are still maintained with the same pride at the GHM foundry in Sommevoire, the successor to the Durenne factory.
