The Côte-de-Provence designation is mostly recognized for its rosés wines, of which it is the world's leading producing region with an average of 962,000 hectoliters per year, or 128 million bottles. Rosés, therefore, logically constitute the major part (60%) of the wine production of Brégançon Castle, with some 115,000 annual bottles. They come from a direct pressing that gives particularly clear rosés vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
