The Pointe de la Galère in Bormes-les-Mimosas is located on the western part of the Cap Bénat peninsula, in the Var department. It is the penultimate of a succession of points (Pointe Blanche, Pointe du Port Qui Pisse, Pointe de la Tripe, Pointe de Malherbe) that separate Cap Blanc from Brégançon Fort. With the Pointe du Moulin to the west, the Pointe de la Galère closes to the east a small bay bordered by a narrow sandy beach at the foot of cliffs overhung with umbrella pines. It also houses a small port.
