The Pointe de l'Estagnol is located on the coast of the locality of Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Var department. It is extended by a small group of rocky islets gathered under the name of Estagnol islets and neighbors the islet of Brégançon, which houses the eponymous fort (background on the right). West of Pointe de l'Estagnol, a cove occupied by numerous anchored pleasure boats shelters the large Estagnol beach, while the more open Grand Jardin beach faces the islet of Jardin to the east.
