La Paulée de Meursault celebrates the end of the harvest

The Paulée de Meursault in Burgundy is a famous festival that marks the end of the harvest. In order to end the harvest season in festivity, three major events are organized. More than 800 guests are invited to the Château de Meursault. The Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin also organizes 2 feasts within the Clos de Vougeot Castle and a major wine sale of the wines of the Hospices de Beaune. For centuries the end of the harvest has been a celebration for seasonal workers and for wine producers. These wine traditions are passed down from generation to generation.
