At the Château du Clos de Vougeot, wine goes perfectly with French gastronomy. During meals, five to seven dishes are served: snails garnished with garlic butter, beef bourguignon, eggs en meurette... Most of the dishes are simmered for hours with local red wine, in the purest French gastronomic tradition. Of course, each plate is accompanied by a glass of wine to match the flavors of the dishes.
