The objective of the Vauban 21 project and the public service delegation granted to the Nice Côte d'Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its partners is to transform, by 2026, Antibes' Port Vauban into the Mediterranean reference for the ports of the 3rd millennium and make it the capital of yachting. The 135-million euros investment aims to modernize the port's infrastructure and improve the overall performance model of the site. Port Vauban is expected to become a fully connected port to live with fewer cars and a priority towards activities and animation, as well as a natural field of innovation for the neighboring technopole of Sophia-Antipolis.
