La Fossette beach forms a small strip of fine sand nestled in a bay west of the eponymous rocky point. It extends in the municipality of Le Lavandou in the Var department of southeastern France. La Fossette is one of the twelve fine sandy beaches which line the 7.4 miles (12 km) of coastline of Le Lavandou, from Anglade to Pramousquier.
