The end of Camargue races
0
0
When the trumpet blows, the Camargue race comes to an end. The president greets the public and possibly invites them to future races. During the trophy finals, a ceremony follows the race of the last bull, and the president awards a series of prizes like the best raseteur and the best bull and his manadier. The prizes are usually given by women from Arles in costumes and local elected officials and consist of a trophy, a sum of money, and a bouquet of flowers. The awards ceremony ends with the Coupo Santo, the anthem of Provence.
