It is recognizable by its differents shades of stiped brown colored feathers and a black spot on its orange beak. On the calm river of the Vouge, this 20.50-mile stream is an ideal habitat for these dabbling ducks. The female colvert finds food on the surface of the water by eating plants but also insects.
