Sébastien Yago is the director of Orgaya, a walking travel agency. Every year, he organizes an event called Camina Mangia, which combines hiking and culinary discovery. The 2021 occasion took place on September 19 in the locality of Castellar, in the Alpes-Maritimes department. It offered the participants a cumulative vertical drop course of 1,148 ft (350 m) over 5.5 mi (9 km), during which they were able to taste the local gastronomic specialties (honey, pissaladière, pan bagnat, fougasse, lemon tart). Upon arrival in Castellar, the participants were also subject to a mandatory PCR (pain, camembert et vin rouge / bread, camembert, and red wine) test.
