The life of the entire Lelouvier family revolves around its Norman cows. They are pampered as they constitute the basis of all the work on the Naturellement Normande farm. They are also accompanied by 18 oxen that benefit from the same environmental and organic conditions as the dairy cows. They feed on the same hay harvested from their organic fields and kept in a sophisticated dryer.
